Jodie is a prominent performing arts educator, choreographer, and adjudicator with a passion for unlocking potential through creativity and motivation. A graduate of Doreen Bird College with Distinction, Jodie was awarded the prestigious Dancing Times Choreography Award. Her dynamic performing career spans appearances in commissioned works for Dance Umbrella at the British Library, international performances on luxury cruise liners, and roles in commercials, pantomimes, and summer seasons across the UK and Europe.

Jodie works at The BRIT School, where she has been instrumental in producing innovative multi-arts projects. Her expertise in technical advancement and artistic development has led her to choreograph for numerous performance platforms, crafting original works that resonate within the performing arts community. Jodie collaborates closely with renowned industry partners, including Matthew Bourne’s New Adventures, Dollie Henry MBE, The BRIT Awards, and several elite sporting organisations.

In her freelance work, Jodie is a sought-after examiner, teacher, and mentor, frequently delivering workshops and choreographing for corporate events, flash mobs, and pantomimes. Her educational credentials include an MA in Creative Practice in Education from the University of Chester, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), and Fellowship status with the ISTD. Jodie holds prominent adjudicating roles, serving as an Adjudicator member of The British and International Federation of Festivals, where she led the development of the new marking scheme. She is also an Adjudicator and Trustee for All England Dance and a Certified Adjudicator for Acrobatic Arts. Her adjudication extends to prestigious events such as the BTDA Championships, AED Finals, and Global Dance Open.

She has been a guest speaker at notable forums including the FA Talent ID Conference and Loughborough University’s young leaders programme. Jodie’s commitment to nurturing future talent is evident through her impact at The BRIT School, with past students flourishing in various sectors of the industry, including performing for Dua Lipa, Lana Del Ray, Eve, Rambert and Hofesh companies, as well as West End productions such as Aladdin, Hamilton & Wicked on stage and film.

Jordan Crouch is a performer from London. He trained at Tap Attack, The North London Dance Studio and then went on to the BRIT School. Jordan became a world champion at the age of 16, winning gold at the Dance World Cup for his tap solo in 2013. He has appeared as a tap soloist on BBC1’s The Greatest Dancer, advancing to callbacks. He obtained a degree in musical theatre at Mountview, graduating in 2019.

Since then, Jordan has worked extensively in the West End and abroad. His West End credits include White Christmas, Anything Goes, My Fair Lady, The Choir of Man, Kiss Me Kate, The Great Gatsby and High Society. He has worked internationally in Paris, Australia, Toronto, China and America. His TV credits include This Morning, The One Show and The Greatest Dancer. Jordan has lectured at many of the UK’s leading dance and drama schools including ArtsEd, Mountview and Emil Dale Academy.

He is regularly on their audition and assessment panels for the degree programmes. He also tutors at many pre-vocational dance schools across the country. He holds his ISTD DDI qualification in Tap Dance. Jordan has lectured at MOVE IT, Tap Attack, Can You Dance? and ISTD’s Tap Fest.

Yasmin trained at the Royal Ballet School, graduating with a special prize from Dame Ninette de Valois, and went on to study with Ballet Rambert. She worked with the National Youth Ballet as an assistant choreographer in their production of the Dolls House at Sadler’s Wells Theatre. She then went on to dance with the Dutch National Ballet in their tour of Romeo and Juliet.

Yasmin is now the Principal of a successful dance school in Hampshire and many of her ex-pupils are currently pursuing professional careers in dance. She is an adjudicator for the British and International Federation of Festivals and All England Dance.

As a younger student Kelly trained under Susanne Amos going on to study at The Royal Ballet School and Elmhurst Ballet School. After spending a summer with The National Ballet of Canada, Kelly then went on to professional performing arts colleges London Studio Centre and Laine Theatre Arts. Kelly performed in many professional productions at some of the country’s largest theatres.

Kelly completed her teaching qualifications at The Royal Academy of Dance and Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing and became principal of a dance school in Hampshire in 2000. Kelly has taught at many professional schools and was Head of Ballet at Sylvia Young Theatre School for five years. Kelly is an adjudicator with the British and International Federation of Festivals and in 2015 became an adjudicator for All England Dance. Most recently Kelly gained affiliate teacher status of The Royal Ballet School.

Grace Harrington is a dance educator, choreographer, and creative practitioner with extensive experience in musical theatre training and performance. She is currently Head of Dance at ArtsEd, having previously held senior teaching and leadership roles at Mountview and The Actor Works.

Alongside her teaching career, Grace has worked as a freelance choreographer, with a portfolio spanning theatre, arena productions, and concerts.

Her choreography credits include – Betwixt! I trained at Elmhurst and the Royal Ballet School. As a professional artist I performed in musical theatre, cabaret and TV as well as in the cruise industry as show choreographer. Following this, I ran my own theatre arts school for many years, enjoying much success. Many of my former students are now enjoying careers as professional performers in major international ballet companies and the West End – and as the years pass, many have also returned to be trained by me as teachers – a fact of which I am very proud.

Currently I teach for the Royal Ballet School Associate Programme (Eastleigh Centre) and work 1 to 1 with pre-vocational students. Having been involved with the dance festival movement for over half a century, as a performer and teacher, I am proud and delighted to be an adjudicator for the British and International Federation of Festivals and All-England Dance.

After graduating from Arts Educational School , Tim began a varied professional dancing career performing in Ballet companies, dancing throughout Europe and in New York. West End musicals, Royal Variety shows, appearances as numerous Disney characters.. Olympic Games opening ceremony in London.. Dancing many times at Covent Garden in Royal Opera productions. After gaining all his teaching qualifications with the Royal Academy of Dance and The Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing, Tim has taught at various full time colleges and local dance schools including: ArtsEd, The Brit School, Italia Conti Academy, London Boys Ballet. Mountview Academy and Performers College Tim is also an examiner and a practical teaching supervisor for the Royal Academy of Dance. On a personal note.

It is a huge privilege to be asked to judge at the All England Dance Finals, I have such special memories of being a competitor for many years in heats and finals. Wishing everyone an equally happy experience no matter of the results. You have already achieved success being part of this wonderful event.

Kerry is the Take Part Creative Director for Matthew Bournes’ New Adventures, where she leads the company’s engagement programme in the UK and internationally. She has been instrumental in developing the Talent Development strand, mentoring and coaching both emerging artists and established professionals. Her long-standing relationship with New Adventures has seen her re-stage productions including Swan Lake and Nutcracker! as well as serving as Resident Tour Director and Rehearsal Director.

As a performer, Kerry has created and danced many principal roles in the company’s repertoire, including the Queen in Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella in Cinderella, The Girlfriend in Swan Lake, Rita in The Car Man, Kim Boggs in Edward Scissorhands, Clara in Nutcracker! The Sylph in Highland Fling, and roles in Town and Country and Infernal Galop.

She most recently returned to the stage to perform the role of Peg Boggs in Edward Scissorhands. Beyond New Adventures, Kerry has performed with Michael Clark, Scottish Dance Theatre, Phoenix Dance, and JazzXchange. She has appeared in The Snowman, Wayne Sleep’s Dance, OVO – the Millennium Dome Show, and in work by artist Martin Creed. She has also worked as Rehearsal Director for James Cousins Dance and has taught extensively across companies and schools in the UK and internationally.

Joe Wolstenholme is a professional dancer, teacher and choreographer from Brighton. He trained at the Sylvia Young Theatre School, The BRIT School and Bird College, graduating with a BA (Hons) in Professional Dance and Musical Theatre. A Tap Dance World Champion with England’s Team Tap Attack, Joe has enjoyed a successful career across theatre, film and education. His theatre credits include The Artful Dodger in Oliver! at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane, Young Don in Singin’ in the Rain at the Palace Theatre, The Wizard of Oz at the London Palladium, Everybody’s Talking About Jamie at the Apollo Theatre, and the UK tour of & Juliet.

He also appeared as a dancer in Warner Bros.’ Barbie. Alongside his performing career, Joe teaches and choreographs at ArtsEd and LAMDA, where he is committed to developing the next generation of performers. I am delighted to be involved and very much looking forward to joining the panel of judges at the All England National Dance Finals this year. 

Lindon Barr is a British Choreographer, Dance Artist and Lecturer based in London working across the UK and internationally. He started his journey at Bodywork Company, Cambridge studying a range of dance disciplines from Ballet to Hip Hop before travelling to studios in Los Angeles & New York to further his training and knowledge. Lindon works closely with the Olivier Award Winning ‘Boy Blue’ and ‘ZooNation’.

He is also the Artistic Director of his own Award Winning Hip Hop Dance Company ‘Elementz’. As a choreographer Lindon’s biggest credit to date was working on the new West End Musical – Exposure (St. James Theatre, Victoria). Lindon received a Broadway World Awards nomination for Best Choreography for his work on Exposure. He has also toured his work ‘Perception’ to Stockholm winning the Emerging Talent Award. Other choreographic credits include America’s Got Talent, MSC (World America), Rock The Circus (German Tour), Norwegian Cruise Lines, Hewlett-Packard, Samsung, BMW, Coca Cola, O2, The London Fashion Festival, Vidal Sassoon & Love Box Music Festival. Lindon also worked with Maltese Artist, Brooke for her performance at the Bay Music Awards in Malta.

Lindon’s performance credits are extensive and include London 2012 Olympic Opening Ceremony, Jesus Christ Superstar (World Arena Tour), Thriller Live (West End), Some Like It Hip Hop (West End & UK Tour), Into The Hoods: Remixed (West End & UK Tour), Message In A Bottle (Original West End Cast), The Five (UK Tour), The Brit Awards, The X Factor, San Francisco Hip Hop Dance Fest, Russian Classical Ballet Theatre & EA Sports. He has also danced for Artists such as Sabrina Carpenter, Take That, Mariah Carey, Little Mix, Rita Ora, Ally Brooke, Ed Sheeran & Coldplay. Lindon enjoys travelling and has had the privilege of performing throughout Europe, USA, Africa & Australia.

Layla Harrison trained with Valerie Toft and Jean Butterworth in Sussex. She graduated from The Royal Ballet Lower and Upper Schools, and returned to the School later in her career to qualify as a vocational teacher. Layla also gained a further Dip HE and BA Hons degree at London Studio Centre. 

Danielle trained at The Sandra Needham School of Dance and went on to study and graduate from Leeds Dance College gaining a diploma in dance and musical theatre as well as her teaching qualifications. She has worked professionally in musical theatre, TV and Film, cruise ships and dance tours in the UK, Europe, America and Asia.

Danielle is an established choreographer in theatre, TV and the commercial sector as well as a guest teacher for various schools and colleges in the UK.

She runs her own production company – Blue Fish Entertainments which produces entertainment for large scale events, TV, Film and theatre productions both in the UK and internationally. She also enjoys being on the audition board for various companies helping to recruit entertainers and assist with their on-going training and performance.

Danielle is honoured to be a dance adjudicator for The British and International Federation of Festivals and an All England Adjudicator.

Marie-Astrid Mence, born in Paris, trained at the Higher National Conservatory of Music and Dance in Paris and as a scholarship student at the Alvin Ailey School, New York. She danced with Ballet Black (2014–2021) and Phoenix Dance Theatre (2015), touring the UK and Europe, and was named Dancer of the Month in February 2016. Stage credits include Oklahoma! (Young Vic, Wyndham’s Theatre).

Screen appearances include Disney’s Find Me in Paris, L’Opéra, Spellbound, Netflix’s Queen Charlotte, and her self-written short film The Truth of Being a Black Ballerina. She teaches and coaches ballet for prestigious UK companies and schools.

Janice was educated at the Arts Educational Schools at Tring and London and obtained her teaching diploma at the London College of Dance and Drama. She was the Principal of her own school as well as freelancing. Many of her pupils are now dancing professionally as well as teaching and her school has enjoyed many successful years.

Janice is an examiner for the IDTA, an Adjudicator for The British and International Federation of Festivals and is also a member of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing and Royal Academy of Dance.

Stuart is a highly experienced director and choreographer, with extensive credits across major international productions in the UK, Europe, and Australia. Credits include: Resident Director on MJ The Musical at the Prince Edward Theatre, London (directed and choreographed by Christopher Wheeldon) Assistant Director for Avalon, Gifford Circus, (directed by Cal McCrystal) Assistant Choreographer for Iolanthe, London Coliseum (choreographed by Lizzi Gee) Associate Director on 42nd Street, Théâtre du Châtelet, Paris (directed and choreographed by Stephen Mear)  Internationally, he was part of the Green Room Award-winning associate choreography team for Christopher Wheeldon on the Australian production of An American in Paris. 

Earlier credits include Assistant Director/Choreographer for ‘To Gillie with Love’ and Assistant Director on Guys and Dolls and Funny Girl. As a performer, he has appeared in a wide range of major productions including An American in Paris, 42nd Street, Singin’ in the Rain, Sunset Boulevard, Mary Poppins, Chicago, White Christmas, Kiss Me, Kate, The Pajama Game, Chess, and Cats, working with leading directors and choreographers across the West End and Broadway.

Brenda Garratt-Glassman was the first black female student at the Royal Ballet School. After graduating, she joined the Dance Theatre of Harlem in New York – the first all black classical ballet company – achieving soloist status. After leaving DTH, Brenda performed in shows on Broadway, and in films (notably The Wiz with Michael Jackson and Diana Ross) and the Dance in America series.

Upon returning to the UK, Brenda was a featured tapper in the opening scene of the film Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, gained principal Dancer roles in Mutiny in the West End, and the R.S.C production of Kiss Me Kate. Television performances include Channel 4`s Streets Ahead series, Tangos and Rags featuring the music of Joshua Rifkin, and presenting on BBC`s children`s show Umbrella. Teaching credits include running the Joyce Butler School of Dance, masterclasses for The Cecchetti Society and the I.S.T.D and teaching Jazz at the Royal Ballet`s summer intensive.

Brenda is currently Senior Assessor in Dance, Drama and Musical Theatre for Trinity College London, assessor for the Council for Dance, Drama and Musical Theatre (CDMT), and most recently appointed as the external examiner for the BA Musical Theatre programme at Arts Ed London.

Patricia Snowdon was trained at the London College of Dance and Drama, having previously been an Imperial Ballet scholar. She then became principal of her own school, in addition to teaching in independent schools and adult education centers for twenty-five years. Subsequently, she set up and ran a Performing Arts department at an independent school in Sussex for nine years. This gained a superb reputation both nationally and abroad.

Many of her past pupils have progressed to leading vocational schools and are now performing in companies in this country and overseas or teaching dance and Musical Theatre. She has wide experience as a choreographer for both large-scale productions and fashion shows. In the recent past she has choreographed, ‘Guys and Dolls’, ‘Kiss Me Kate’, ‘The Sound of Music’, ‘Fiddler on the Roof’, ‘OH What a Lovely War’, ‘Oliver’, ‘Half a Sixpence’, ‘The Boyfriend’ and ‘A Chorus Line’.

Patricia Snowdon has a Bachelor of Philosophy degree in Ballet and Contextual Studies from the Royal Academy of Dance, validated by the University of Durham. She is an adjudicator for the British and International Federation of Festivals and the All England Dance Competition. She has adjudicated widely in this country and abroad, particularly in Sri Lanka, and in 2011 she was awarded a Fellowship by the British and International Federation of Festivals. Patricia is also a Life Member of the RAD and ISTD.

A Fellow and Life Member of the ISTD, June has been involved in Dance Festivals since she was a Student. She has been Principal of her own school for many years and a great number of her former students have gone on to professional training at well-known vocational colleges, such as the Royal Ballet School, Central School of Ballet, the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, Bird College, Laine Theatre Arts, Performers, GSA and Laban. Some have gone on to teach, and others are dancing, performing, choreographing and directing in the West End and in ballet and contemporary companies all over the world.

June was instrumental in setting up the Weymouth Dance Festival and has been its Chairman since 2004 . She enjoys travelling and adjudicating around the United Kingdom for All England Dance and The British and International Federation of Festivals.

Kay Shepherd trained at Laine Theatre Arts where she also taught for many years. Other vocational posts include Bush Davies, Royal Academy of Dance and The Royal Ballet School. She has trained and coached children and adults in many situations throughout the UK and overseas. As a Fellow of the ISTD Kay has worked for the society as a lecturer and examiner and did early development work on the current modern grades, contributing to the Advanced 2 Tap Syllabus. She has also enjoyed a long association with the National Youth Music Theatre for whom she has directed and choreographed, working with them on full scale productions over many years.

Kay has many and varied choreographic credits covering musicals, operas, large-scale community projects, site specific works, pantomime and plays. Credits include ‘The Yeomen of The Guard’ ENO. ‘Rhonda Rips it up’ WNO. ‘Ruddigore’ and ‘The Marriage of Figaro’ Opera North. ‘Carousel’ Opera North and Theatre du Chatelet. The multi-award winning ‘Flowers for Mrs Harris’ Sheffield Crucible, ‘A Celebration of Gene Kelly’ with Joe Stilgoe at The London Jazz Festival 2016, and ‘Twelfth Night’ for the Royal Exchange Theatre Manchester. She is currently Head of Tap at The Brighton Academy.

Lynne Chilver is the Principal of a busy and successful school in Hillingdon, Middlesex, which offers all Theatre Branch subjects. Former pupils have gone on to appear in shows in the West End, across the UK and abroad and to work in teaching posts and in other related careers in the Arts.

She is a fellow, life member and examiner for the IDTA and is an adjudicator for The British and International Federation of Festivals, All England Dance and the TDCI. She brings to her role as an adjudicator extensive experience and understanding of all aspects of the festival movement including involvement as a competitor, parent, teacher and organiser, serving as Vice Chair on the committee of Slough Arts Festival. She is also deputy director of the Home Counties Regional Finals.

Sharia is a London-based Movement and Rehearsal Director, Teacher and Former Professional Dancer, originally from South London. She trained at The BRIT School before graduating from Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance. As a performer, Sharia danced with Richard Alston Dance Company, Michael Clark Company, Rambert, Company Wayne McGregor and Punchdrunk, building a rich performance career across some of the UK’s most celebrated companies and performing on renowned stages and in leading theatres across the UK and internationally. Now working across film, fashion and live performance, her movement direction credits include collaborations with Boots, H&M, Adidas, Uniqlo, Coinbase, John Lewis, and Coach, alongside an ongoing creative relationship with Choreographer Holly Blakey as Rehearsal Director across film and live works.

Alongside her creative work, Sharia is a passionate freelance educator, teaching across a number of the UK’s leading vocational and pre-vocational training programmes including English National Ballet (Ballet Futures and Ballet Club), Central School of Ballet Associates, Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance Pre-Vocational Programme, The BRIT School, Rambert Grades and the Trinity Laban CAT Scheme, where she also works as an assessor. Known for her calm authority, musicality and playful approach, Sharia is deeply committed to helping young dancers develop strong technique, artistic individuality and confidence in their own voice.

Janet trained at Bush Davies and graduated with an ISTD Ballet teaching qualification. Her first job was as a soloist with the Lewis London Ballet Company. The West End beckoned, and Janet was an original cast member of 42nd Street at Drury Lane for 2 years. It was during this time that Janet started her teaching career, at London Studio Centre, Mountview and other vocational schools.

After appearing in 42nd Street, Janet originated the role of Meg Giry in the still running Phantom of the Opera in the West End, choreographed by the late great Dame Gillian Lynne, and directed by the late great Hal Prince. She also appeared in The Baker’s Wife, directed by Trevor Nunn and Lust, Circa 1661 written by the Heather Brothers.

Janet co-choreographed and assisted on many other productions, including Chicago at the English Theatre, Frankfurt, Mother Goose and Robin Hood at The Churchill Theatre, Bromley and The Worst Witch in Farnham and throughout the UK. She regularly assisted David Toguri and Kenn Oldfield, and also worked for Bill Kenwright on the musical version of Stepping Out. She also originated the role of Drusilla in The Worst Witch, with this character appearing in subsequent Jill Murphy books!

Before retiring from performing, Janet toured the world with Violinist Vanessa-Mae – working as backing vocalist, dancer and dance coach to the artist. Most recently Janet assisted Anthony Van Laast on the children’s movie Molly Moon and the Incredible Book of Hypnotism.

Janet has taught throughout her career and worked her way to becoming Deputy Principal at Stella Mann College in Bedford, and Course Leader and Head of Dance at Cambridge Performing Arts. From 2015 – 2023 Janet was Head of Tring Park Associates and Holiday Courses and Tring Park School for the Performing Arts, where she ran both the regular term time class programme and numerous short and residential courses in school holiday time.

She has also directed and choreographed over 30 Youth Project musical productions, and many musicals for the vocational colleges she has worked with. Janet is highly qualified and has attained her ISTD CDE tap and modern, has QTLS status and achieved a Master’s Degree in Dance Technique Pedadogy. Janet specialises in ballet, pointe work, tap and musical theatre (dance) and is a qualified PBT teacher.

JILL REDFORD
A.R.A.D. F.I.S.T.D. P.G.C. Cert Ed (Post Compulsory), Certificate in Dance Education. Ass. Board Speech and Drama. Jill was Arts Awards Ballet champion at the age of twelve and then went on to train Bird College of Performing Arts, gaining her teaching qualifications including Advanced R.A.D.

She was lucky to have an all round training in dance/singing and acting from some wonderful teachers- Pauline Bird, Rosemary Woodd, Pat Izen, Jenny Taylor, Doreen Bird, Gwen Carter, Susan Towns and Marjorie Field Jill’s love of dance began early – winning the Arts Awards Ballet Championship at just 12 years old. She went on to train at Bird College of Performing Arts, where she gained her Advanced RAD qualification and enjoyed an all-round training in dance, singing, and acting. Jill also trained with Miss Bush at Bush Davies and studied jazz with the legendary Matt Mattox at The Place. Following a successful professional career on stage and television both in the UK and abroad, Jill established her own dance school in Sussex before moving into freelance work as a Teacher, Choreographer, Adjudicator, and Performer.

Her passion for nurturing the next generation of performers has led her to teach at prestigious institutions including ArtsEd, The BRIT School, and Italia Conti. She also trains student teachers for the ISTD DDE qualification. Jill’s wide-ranging experience across teaching, choreographing, and adjudicating makes her a respected mentor to aspiring performers and educators alike. She has choreographed productions at the Edinburgh Fringe and numerous musicals, and appeared as Ballet Mistress in the TV pilot Anything You Can Do, where she taught street dancers to perform her classical ballet choreography. A proud Equity member, ISTD Examiner, and adjudicator with the All England Dance panel, Jill was honoured in 2021 with a Fellowship Award from the British and International Federation of Festivals. Today, many of “Miss Redford’s” former pupils are studying at leading theatre colleges and universities, or working professionally in the performing arts – a true testament to her dedication, creativity, and lifelong commitment to inspiring young people.

Dougie is lucky enough to have been choreographing and performing in the Entertainment Industry for over 25 years. After playing the lead role in “Tap Dogs” performing the show worldwide, Dougie then appeared in several television shows including, BBC’ “Strictly Come Dancing”, Sky 1 “Got to Dance” (Adam Garcia’ choreographer) and ITV’ “Get Your Act Together”.In theatre, Dougie’s choreographic credits include, tap choreographer for Darcey Bussell and Katherine Jenkins in Viva La Diva, tap choreographer for the sellout season of “Strictly Gershwin” at the Royal Albert Hall and also the world premiere of “The song book of Judy Garland” staring Judy Garlands daughter, Lorna Luft. Dougie has also worked on many Stadium events such as the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Closing Ceremonies on which he had the role of Dance Captain, the 2015 Rugby World Cup opening ceremony and also Dougie was a featured dancer in the Take That 2009 “Circus Tour”, tap dancing to crowds of 90,000 people. He was also the Resident Director of the World premier “Sessions Tour” at the Royal Albert Hall. Dougie has just choreographed a brand-new show called “Noise Boys”. Dougie is currently Head of Productions at Performers College.

Will started his international career as an accomplished dancer and graduate of Elizabeth Harrison F.I.S.T.D, The Royal Ballet Senior Associates & The Royal Ballet Upper School. Starring as a Principal Dancer in many of choreographer Matthew Bourne’s award-winning productions, including “The Car Man”, “Cinderella”, “Highland Fling” and the original ground-breaking production of “Swan Lake” on Broadway and in the West End. Credits for the Royal Opera House include: “Peter and the Wolf”, “The Soldier’s Tale”, “Wind in the Willows” and “Pinocchio”. He has also starred in several stage plays including the West End revival of “Equus” alongside Daniel Radcliffe and the late Richard Griffiths. As an Actor in Films: Kemp played opposite Hugh Jackman and Kate Beckinsale in the Universal Film “Van Helsing”. Kemp worked with Val Kilmer and Christian Slater in director Renny Harlin’s ensemble thriller “Mindhunters”. Amongst other credits Will also starred in director Jon M.Chu’s (“Wicked”) feature film debut, “Step Up 2: The Streets”. Independent films include: “Mythica : Stormbound” & the upcoming “Love in Ireland” for which Will is also an Executive Producer. Kemp’s TV credits include Netflix’s “The Princess Switch 3” opposite Vanessa Hudgens, the Netflix series “Spinning Out” opposite January Jones, CW’s “Reign”, DC’s/HBO “Doom Patrol”, BravoTV’s “Girlfriends’ Guide to Divorce” and the international hit series “El Turco” and “Seeking Persephone”. Kemp’s romantic leads for Hallmark Channel Original movies include “Christmas Waltz”, “Love, Romance, and Chocolate” and “The Dancing Detective”, opposite Lacey Chabert and “Royal Matchmaker” opposite Bethany Joy Lenz along with “A Not So Royal Christmas”, “My Sweet Austrian Holiday” and the upcoming “Toast of Italy” and “Christmas in Canterbury” which Will also Executive Produced

Julia trained at the Buckhurst Hill School of Dance, and gained her Fellowship in Classical Greek Dance. She formed an Associate Group for young teachers and dancers of the Classical Greek Dance Branch (I.S.T.D.), and was a Committee member, trainee examiner and adjudicator for the Branch. In 1999 Julia was invited to be the adjudicator for the Classical Greek Dance Festival Finals in London and in November 2002 to be one of the adjudicators for the Ruby Ginner Awards in London. In 2001 Julia was one of the adjudicators for The All England Dance Competition in London.

Paul-Ryan is a creative practitioner and facilitator, who trained in Musical Theatre at Mountview, graduating with a first class degree in 2008. Following his graduation, he worked as actor for several years across musicals, theatre and TV & Film with notable credits at The Royal Exchange, Leeds Playhouse, Birmingham REP, ITV and the BBC. He also originated the lead role of ‘Jack’ in the David Essex musical ‘All the fun of the fair’.

Between the years of 2019-2022, he was the artistic director of Iris Theatre, based at The Actors Church in Covent Garden. His work for Iris was specifically targeted towards forging creative opportunities for early-career artists within the heart of London’s West End.

Currently, Paul-Ryan is Head of CertHE training and Short Courses at Mountview, and has been part of the team which has brought Mountview’s world-class training to various locations across the UK.

Rosie has appeared in many West End productions including: Carlotta, in the original cast of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s ‘The Phantom of The Opera’, Madame Thenardier in ‘Les Miserables’, Widow Corney in ‘Oliver!’, Felicia Gabriel in ‘The Witches of Eastwick’ (for which she was nominated for a Laurence Olivier Award for Best Supporting Performance in a Musical) Hortense in ‘The Boyfriend’ & Miss Andrew in ‘Mary Poppins’, Lottie Grady in ‘When We Are Married’ Grandma Mole in ‘The Secret Diary of Adrian Mole Aged 13 & ¾’, &Elizabeth in ‘Aspects of Love’. She has just completed a national tour of ‘Mary Poppins’ playing Mrs Brill
