AED Forum 26

This two-day forum marks an important moment for AED as we move towards a new rhythm of structured, in-person workshops and discussions.

The forum is designed to provide not only high-quality workshops but also a platform to gain greater insights and valuable networking opportunities with other festival organisers and adjudicators.

Future Events

AED Forum 26 – Terms & Conditions

  1. Introduction

1.1. By registering for and/or attending AED Forum 26 (the “Event”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.2. These Terms apply to all attendees, delegates, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and any other participants (hereinafter, “Attendees”).

1.3. “Organiser” refers to All England Dance, Charity number: 1178394, Company Registration 10841242, 9 Malvern Road, Worcester, England, WR2 4L

  1. Registration and Payment

2.1. All conference fees must be paid in full before attendance is permitted.

2.2. A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received and acknowledged by the Organiser in writing.

2.3. Fees are non-transferable except where agreed in writing by the Organiser.

  1. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1. All cancellation requests must be made in writing to lynne.casey@all-england-dance.org.uk

3.2. Cancellations received up to 40 days before the Event will be eligible for a 50% refund.

3.3. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 40 days before the Event or for non-attendance (“no-shows”).

3.4. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event for any reason. In such circumstances, Attendees will be offered a full refund of fees paid, but the Organiser will not be liable for any additional costs incurred (including travel or accommodation).

  1. Programme and Venue Changes

4.1. The Organiser reserves the right to make alterations to the Event programme, speakers, timings, and/or venue where necessary.

4.2. Any significant changes will be communicated to registered Attendees as soon as reasonably possible.

  1. Code of Conduct

5.1. Attendees must behave in a professional, respectful, and inclusive manner at all times.

5.2. Harassment, discrimination, disruptive conduct, or abusive language will not be tolerated.

5.3. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to, or remove from the Event, any attendee who breaches this Code of Conduct. No refund will be provided in such cases.

  1. Liability

6.1. Attendance at the Event is at the Attendees’ own risk.

6.2. The Organiser accepts no liability for any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to property suffered by Attendees, except where caused by the Organiser’s gross negligence.

6.3. Attendees are responsible for their own travel, insurance, and personal belongings.

  1. Photography, Recording, and Broadcasting

7.1. The Event may be photographed, filmed, or live-streamed by the Organiser or its authorised representatives.

7.2. By attending, Attendees consent to their image, voice, and likeness being used in promotional and archival materials relating to the Event and/or Organiser without payment or further approval.

7.3. If Attendees do not wish to be included in photographs or recordings, Attendees must notify the Organiser in writing prior to the Event.

  1. Data Protection

8.1. Personal data provided during registration will be used solely for the purposes of administering Attendee’s attendance and communicating relevant Event information.

8.2. Attendees’ data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and the Organiser’s Privacy Policy

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

9.2. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
